The ZTE Little Fresh 4 also known as ZTE BV0701 was announced a few months ago. Sporting a 5.2” FHD 2.5D display, it was launched at a price of 1090 Yuan ($163) but now it is available for less at 699 Yuan ($105) bringing it into the $100 FHD league.
$105 is a fair price for a phone that also has LTE (you might want to check the bands), 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, a fingerprint sensor, 13 MP rear camera with autofocus, and a 5MP front camera. The ZTE Little Fresh 4 is powered by a MT6753 chip and juice is supplied by a 2540mAh non-removable battery. You also get Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

There are a couple of other FHD phones that fall into the $100 category, such as the ZTE Blade A2 and the older Lenovo K3 Note.
