After launching the Vivo V7+ in markets like India, the Chinese manufacturer had launched a similar phone with Vivo Y79 moniker in China. In the same way, after the launch of Vivo V7, the company has today unveiled the Vivo Y75 phone with similar specs.

The Vivo Y75 comes with a 5.7-inch display that produces an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The display supports an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by Helio P23 chipset that includes an octa-core processor and 4 GB of RAM. The native storage available on the Vivo Y75 is 32 GB. It also supports a microSD card slot through the hybrid dual SIM slot.

For snapping photos, it features an f/2.2 aperture 13-megapixel rear camera instead of the 16-megapixel primary camera found on the Vivo V7. Also, instead of the impressive 24-megapixel selfie snapper found on the V7, the Y75 phone has 16-megapixel front-facing camera. It does not feature a frontal LED flash that is found on the Vivo V7 smartphone.

The handset is running on Android 7.1.2 Nougat that is customized with FunTouch 3.2. It also equipped with Face Wake feature for unlocking the device by scanning the face of the user. The other features available on this phone include 3,000mAh battery, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi and v4.0 Bluetooth.

The Vivo Y75 is available in China with a pricing of 1,598 Yuan (~$240).  It can be availed in color choices such as Black, Gold, or Rose Gold.
