Bringing the dual cameras feature to the entry-level phones, Swipe Telecom, an Indian smartphone brand has announced its new phone — Swipe Elite Dual.

The phone, which is priced at Rs. 3,999 (approximately $61), will be available for purchase exclusively through online retailer ShopClues. It will be available in three color options — Black, Gold, and Silver.

Additionally, the company has also partnered with Reliance Jio for the “Jio Football Offer” which gives an instant cashback worth Rs. 2,200 for customers who opt for Reliance Jio’s network.

Swipe Elite Dual

Coming to the phone’s specifications, the Swipe Elite Dual features 5-inch display that is protected by a scratch-resistant glass panel on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor from MediaTek.

The phone packs 1GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s also a microSD card slot, which enables users to further expand the phone’s storage capacity up to 64GB. It runs on Android Nougat operating system out-of-the-box and we doubt if the phone will receive any updates.

As of the camera department, the phones comes with a dual camera setup on the back, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. There’s also a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper for taking selfies and video calling. There is also an LED flash on both sides — front as well as back.

Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone is powered by a 3,000mAh battery.
