Last week, OnePlus announced its new OnePlus Bullets Wireless Earphones in the Indian market, which was originally announced in May this year along with the company’s flagship smartphone OnePlus 6.

Today, the earphones will go on sale in India through online marketplace Amazon India as well through company’s own online store. The sale for the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Earphones will begin at 12:00 PM. The earphones are priced at Rs. 3,999, which roughly converts to $59.

The earphones are an upgrade to the OnePlus Bullets V2, which features a 9.2mm drivers and include the company’s Energy Tube, composed of a non-metallic mineral and silica gel which helps in reducing frequency distraction and enables noise cancellation to some extent.

The company says that the earphones have a weather-resistant design that can protect it from rain showers. However, the China-based company has not yet specified any IP certification for the build. It comes with support for Bluetooth 4.1 as well as Qualcomm aptX.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones come with magnetic switches that pause the music when the earbuds are clipped together. Users can also resume the music when unsnapping the earbuds. Similarly, when disconnected from the handset after five minutes of inactivity, the earphones will turn off automatically to save the battery life.

Further, it is also possible to call Google Assistant with a long-press on the Play button. Thanks to this Google Assistant support, users will now able to interact with the phone through voice commands without taking it out from the pocket.

Interestingly, OnePlus has also equipped the Bullets Wireless earphones with fast charging technology, which according to the company, can provide five hours of continuous audio playback with just 10 minutes of charging.

The fast charging technology works with every kind of USB Type-C cable and there’s need for a specific charger for this to work. OnePlus has also said that it will add a new feature which will allow answering calls by unclipping the earbuds in the future.
