A new Samsung phone was benchmarked on Geekbench today. The phone which has model number SM-J737V will reportedly launch as the Galaxy J7 Aero.

The Geekbench listing reveals the phone is powered by an Exynos 7885 chipset. This is the same one in 2018’s Galaxy A8 and A8+. it also has 2GB of RAM and runs Android 8.0 Oreo. For its benchmark scores, the phone scored 1170 points in the single-core test and 4042 in the multi-core test.

Popular leaker, Evan Blass, had revealed earlier this year that a Samsung phone with the same model number will launch as a Verizon device. His tweet also revealed the phone will go by the name Galaxy J7 Aero.

In terms of appearance, the Galaxy J7 Aero will share a similar design to the Galaxy J7 (2018) since it is a variant of the former. It will have a 5.5-inch S-AMOLED HD screen, a single rear camera, and a front-mounted fingerprint scanner/home button flanked by capacitive buttons.
