Oppo has finally launched the Oppo A7X in China for a price tag of 2099 yuan (~$ 306). It appeared on the official Oppo website today without any formal announcement. Oppo A7X is another mid-range smartphone with 6.3 inch waterdrop display. It is going to be available starting September 14th at 10:00 Beijing time (2:00 AM GMT). Users can buy the device in two different color variants, star purple and ice flame blue with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
Oppo A7X Specs
Oppo A7X is equipped with MediaTek Helio P60 processor having 4x Cortex-A73, 4x Cortex-A53 up to 2.0 GHz with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU for graphics. Further, Oppo has tried something unusual by introducing 4GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, rather than 64GB. It runs on ColorOS 5.2 having smart sidebar, easy switching between apps and many other features. It packs 6.3 inch of display featuring waterdrop display with over 90.8% body to display percentage and 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
In camera department, Oppo A7X packs 16 megapixel camera with 8 MP shooter on the front side. It also packs (Artificial intelligence) AI on both the front and the back side. AI can understand difference between 5 different scenes using face recognition on the rear camera, it also helps to beautify the selfie taken from the front camera. It can also identify the person’s age, gender, skin color and many other dimensions about the objects or persons via camera.
For software, there are different apps and modes to ease the phone operation. Gamers can use the Oppo A7X without any interruptions as it carriers “do not disturb” mode. Further, ColorOS 5.2 is optimised to work with AI to help in scanning business cards, recording marks, scanning documents and much more. Oppo is touting the ColorOS 5.2 as “more intelligent more efficient”.
