Google first threw a surprised last week when it announced that its much-anticipated launch event will hold on October 9 in New York instead of the traditional venue which is San Francisco. The company has thrown up yet another surprise by sending out invitations for another launch event holding on the same October 9 but in Paris.
From the look of things, both launch event will run simultaneously in Paris and New York. The New York launch will signify the unveiling of the flagship Pixel 3/3XL and other products for the North America market, On the other hand, the event in Paris means Google is going all out to release the new models in Europe at this same time. This indicates the company is planning to aggressively market the smartphones on the continent.

Apart from the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones, Google is also expected to unveil a Google Home hardware as well as Pixelbook 2 with its bezels reduced. The company may also expand the reach of its existing product range in Europe during the Paris launch.
