Last week, Motorola began rolling out the Android Pie update to its Android One phone, the Motorola One Power. Now the update is rolling out to the smaller and less-powerful Motorola One.
According to XDA-Developers, the update is rolling out first in Mexico. Other than the new features that Android Pie brigs such as Adaptive Battery, Adaptive Brightness and a new navigation; the update also brings November’s security patch.
The Motorola One has a 5.99-inch HD+ screen, a Snapdragon 625 processor and 4GB of RAM. There is 64GB of storage which can be expanded via a MicroSD card slot (256GB max.).
There is a 13MP + 2MP dual camera combo on the back of the phone along with a fingerprint scanner, while an 8MP sensor sits inside the notch in front. The phone packs a 3,000mAh battery and supports Motorola’s 15W TurboPower fast charge technology.
As usual, the update is rolling out in batches and should arrive in other regions soon.
