Honor may soon announce a new entry-level/mid-range phone. The phone has appeared on TENAA’s database with model numbers JAT-AL00 and JAT-TL00.
The Honor JAT-AL00 has a 6.088-inch display with a 1560 x 720 resolution. The phone is powered by an unknown 2.3GHz octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of storage. A MicroSD card slot will let you add up to an extra 512GB of storage.
It is unusual but the Honor JAT-AL00 has a single camera on its back and it is a 13MP sensor. The front camera is also a single 8MP camera. The phone doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner but it should have face unlock. It packs a 2,920mAh battery and runs Android 9 Pie.
TENAA says the phone will come in black, blue, gold, and red. Its dimensions are 156.28 x 73.5 x 8.0 millimeters and its weight is given as 150 grams. Unfortunately, no images of the phone were provided. Hopefully, TENAA will update the listing in a few days.

We have no idea which Honor phone this is but if we had to take a guess, we would say this is the Honor Play 8 which may launch globally as the Honor 8s. The Honor Play 7/Honor 7s was released back in May but we won’t be surprised if Honor is releasing a successor just after 7 months.
