The Meizu 16s is Meizu’s upcoming flagship phone. While it is expected to launch in China first, it appears it will also be heading to India at about the same time.

Meizu India has taken to Twitter to tease the arrival of the phone. One of the teasers hints at the features of the phone which includes speed, utility, performance, extra features and RAM. Meizu has also created the hashtag “#ThePowerof16” for the campaign.
Last December Meizu re-entered the Indian smartphone market with the launch of the Meizu 16 flagship. The phone already launched in China about three months before its arrival in India. This year, it appears there won’t be a large gap between the launch of the phone in both countries. There is even a possibility it might launch first in India seeing as there isn’t a teaser yet or campaign in China.

The Meizu 16s will come with an AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It won’t have a notch or a punch hole but its bezels will be slimmer than that of its predecessor. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor.
