Blackview, a popular Chinese smartphone maker known for its rugged smartphones. The company has showcased two new devices, BV9800 rugged phone and a Max 1 Projector smartphone at the MWC 2019 in Barcelona. As mechanised before the MWC, both the new devices carry some outstanding features. Both the devices are waterproof, shockproof and dustproof. Despite being rugged, and carrying Projector, Blackview has not compensated any other hardware feature in both the devices.
BlackView BV9800
At MWC 2019, BV9800 rugged device was looking astonishing despite being a rugged device. Its rugged agronomic design gives a better grip and makes it even more beautiful. It’s triple rear camera module is perfectly placed in the rear middle of the device giving a mechanized techno look. Its buttons on either side are fully embedded in the body giving a tough job for dust and water to enter the device. In detail, Blackview BV9800 rugged device carries a triple camera module featuring popular Sony IMX586 48 MP+12MP secondary camera and a 16.0 MP telephoto lens on the rear side. In order to facilitate the users’ with features such as selfie and video calling, Blackview has added a 16-megapixel shooter on the front side. It is powered by a P90 Octa-core processor having clocking speed of 2.1 GHz.
Blackview BV9800 carries a 6.3-inch Full HD+ and in-cell V-Notch design with the resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It is coupled with a 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage option. It can sustain more than a couple of days on a single full charge with optimum usage, as it carries 6580 mAh battery. To facilitate its users, the company has also added a wireless charging feature.
Blackview BV9800 rugged device is certified with MIL-STD-810G and IP69K certification.
Blackview Max 1
Blackview doesn’t lose any chance to surprise its customers with good devices. The Chinese smartphone maker also showcased Max 1 Projector phone which comprises a laser projector along with other high-end specs. As like of its specs, it features high-end design also. On the rear side of the Max 1 projector device, there’s a single camera module along with LED flash and fingerprint sensor in the mid. Further, Blackview has engraved the branding and other certification details on the back side. Although the device is little slippery while holding in hands and catches fingerprints due to its glossy material on the back side.
On the top side, there sits a projector which makes it different from other devices. It has been encased within the little bumps on either side for protection. Moreover, Max 1 comes packed with MT6763T Octa Core processor having a maximum clocking speed of 2.5 GHz. IT carries a 6.01-inch On-cell AMOLED Full HD display with the resolution of 1080×2160 pixels. Further, it hosts a 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
In the camera department, Blackview has added a front dual 16+16 megapixel cameras along with a single 16-megapixel Sony sensor on the front side. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla glass.
In connectivity, there’s a GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, and WiFi. It hosts a fingerprint authentication along with LED notification lights.
