A few weeks ago, Motorola announced the Motorola One Vision in Brazil. The device is its first smartphone with a punch hole display and is powered by an Exynos 9609 processor. It has been reported that there will also be a Motorola One Action and a Motorola One Pro. The former has now been spotted on Geekbench and it shares a few key specs with the One Action.

The Motorola One Action was benchmarked earlier today. It runs Android 9 Pie and has 4GB of RAM just like its sibling but the similarities don’t end there. Geekbench says the device is powered by the “erd9610”.

This is the same chipset shown in the Geekbench listing for the Motorola One Vision. When the phone launched, we found out it is actually powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9609 processor. This means the Motorola One Action will also come with the same processor.

With the RAM and processor the same, we believe Motorola will find ways to distinguish the two phones. The Motorola Action may have a different design, camera configuration, and maybe even a different battery capacity.

Nevertheless, it will also be an Android One phone with guaranteed updates to Android Q and Android R.
