Razer recently launched its first optical mouse dubbed Viper Thunderbolt. The mouse adopts a lightweight design, weighing just 69g. That is about the size of two light bulbs. The shape of the mouse is different from other Razer mouse in the market. Razer is known for gaming products and its gaming mouse has prominent contours on the body. This design looks more like an ordinary mouse.Razer Viper Thunderbolt mouse

The Razer Viper doesn’t use the common Omron micro-motion, but is equipped with its own new, high-performance optical micro-motion known as PAW 3390 optical sensor, which has a life expectancy up to 70 million times. Razer says that its optical switch responds faster and is more reliable than similar physical micro-motions.

The Viper Thunderbolt sets 6 default DPIs, which are 400, 800, 1200, 1800, 2400 and 3200. It can also be set to 16000 DPI. In addition, the mouse is also equipped with a Razer Speedflex ultra-flexible cable. The cable is as light as the mouse, and its smooth texture helps prevent obstacles when the mouse slides. It is especially useful if you use low DPI settings and really like to make large and wide arm movements (such as CS: GO players) when you play. Of course, the mouse is also equipped with RGB LEDs just like other Razer mouse.

As for the price, the Razer Viper is priced at $79.99. Availability details are unknown at the moment.
