Samsung had released an extensive range of A and M-series devices in the first half of 2019. The Galaxy M20, M30 and M40 have been its bestselling smartphones this year thanks to competitive pricing and impressive hardware specifications. Recent reports have revealed that Sasmsung is gearing up to release the successor to the M-series in the latter half of this year. Fresh details of the Galaxy M21, M31 and M41 that are expected to release in 2020 have surfaced online.

Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed has shared some key information on the specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A-series and Galaxy M-series smartphones. The leak reveals that these smartphones will be arriving with some minor upgrades in features and specifications.

Samsung Galaxy M21 Features and Specifications

The new leak states that the  Galaxy M21 will be powered by an Exynos 7609 SoC and its base model will have 4 GB of RAM. Details of the higher-spec variants are unavailable. The device is expected to arrive with a dual camera setup featuring a primary camera of 24-megapixel and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It will be succeeding the Galaxy M20 which uses an Exynos 7904 SoC and 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup.

Samsung Galaxy M31 Features and Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy M31 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset and 6 GB of RAM. It is likely to feature a triple camera setup on its  rear. The unit may consist of a 48-megapixel primary lens, a 12-megapixel wide angle unit and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It will be arriving as a successor for the Galaxy M30 is powered by an Exynos 7904 SoC. It is unclear whether Samsung will stick use Sony IMX586 sensor or its proprietary 48-megapixel ISOCELL GM1 sensor on the M31.

Samsung Galaxy M41 Features and Specifications

The Galaxy M41 could be powered by all new Exynos 9630 chipset. It may feature 6 GB of RAM in its base variant. The device may come with a triple camera setup. It could be featuring a primary lens of 64-megapixel, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It will be replacing the Galaxy M40 is powered by a Snapdragon 675 chipset with 6 GB of RAM. 

Since there is concrete evidence to corroborate on the above leak, it is advisable to digest the report with a grain of salt.
