Xiaomi has launched the MIJIA T500 Sonic Electric Toothbrush, the second-generation of MIJIA branded electric toothbrush for adults. The first-gen MIJIA Sonic Toothbrush was first launched n 2017. The new product comes with a cheap 199 yuan ($28) price tag. It is presently available on Xiaomi Mall, Xiaomi Tmall Flagship Store and Xiaomi Home.
The Xiaomi MIJIA T500 Sonic Electric Toothbrush comes with an upgraded magnetic levitation sonic motor with a more refined internal structure. The motor makes lesser noise and the vibration is more refined, bring comfort to the toothbrushing routine. The vibration frequency is 31,000 times/min and the power is strong. At the same time, the toothbrush comes with a new smart over-voltage reminder function which senses the brushing force in real-time. When the brushing force is too much, the toothbrush automatically reduces the vibration, and the battery indicator flashes to remind you.
At the same time, it has a torque output of 230gf.cm, which keeps the bristles 10° stable swing, which drives the water and toothpaste in the mouth to form a small pulse force. This action has an effect on the blind spots of the teeth, cleans the stubborn plaque, and deeply cleans the oral blind zones.

The MIJIA T500 Sonic Electric Toothbrush adopts a rust-free metal-free brush head with the bristle attached using a new type of hair-planting technology. This prevents the toothbrush from getting rust and deteriorating when left in a wet environment for a long time. The new technology also increased the number of bristles by about 40% allowing the bristles to cover the surface of the teeth during brushing in a more efficient manner. The toothbrush also comes with an IPX7 waterproof rating.
