UPDATE: It looks like the first batch of the MIUI 11 Global Stable update for POCO F1 is rolling out to Mi Pilot MIUI users. It is still a stable release but it might take a few days more for everyone else to get the update. If you are not a part of Mi Pilot testing but have received the update for POCO F1, do let us know in the comments below.

Xiaomi is finally rolling out MIUI 11 Stable release for POCO F1 users across the world. Users on Reddit have reported that their smartphones are being updated to the new MIUI version via OTA. Notably, this new MIUI 11 stable build is still based on the Android 9 Pie version.

Apart from the new MIUI 11 features (complete list here), the update also brings the latest October 2019 security patch to the POCO F1. We have reports of at least one user in Italy getting this stable build but users across the globe should eventually get this update in the next few days.

The update is likely going to be rolled out in stages. So you might have to wait a while before you receive the OTA update notification. And if you don’t want to wait around, download and flash the stable ROM from here. Note that it is a large file (over 1.8GB in size), so it is recommended that you download and install it over a Wi-Fi connection.

While this is based on Android 9 Pie, POCO F1 is confirmed to receive an Android 10 update, eventually. There’s no word on an exact schedule for its release, but users could probably get it by the end of this year. Note that Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi 7 users have already received the stable MIUI 11 update a few days ago.
