The current hot upcoming device is the Realme X50, and as such we’ve been seeing an unstoppable torrent of leaks about it. Today, CMO has gone straight to Weibo to give us a closer look at the Realme X50‘s box. The box continues Realme’s yellow boxes, with the model name emblazoned on the front. We assume the rest of the details are on the back.

On top of this, we also get a look at another teaser for the device, this time courtesy of China Mobile. This teaser actually reveals that the Realme X50 will in fact come with a pair of dual hole punch front cameras. Considering that the leaks were pretty accurate, it’s also quite likely that it’ll be a 32-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual front facing camera setup.

Other rumors indicate that the phone will be equipped with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display. It could be coming with Sony IMX686 60-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad rear cameras. The handset may come with up of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. We expect Android 10-based custom ColorOS 7 running the smartphone.

Despite all these leaks, nothing is really set in stone regarding the new device. Realme has already confirmed that the launch event for the Realme X50 5G smartphone in China will be hosted on 7th January, which means we won’t have to wait much longer to see it. We’re hoping it lives up to all the hype Realme has been giving it.
