Satechi, the brand known for selling electronic accessories, revealed its 108 watt Pro USB-C PD desktop charger, on Wednesday (8th January 2020). The new desktop charger can power up mulitple gadget at the same time without sharing power between the ports.
Specifications and Features
The 108 watt Pro USB-C PD can charge up to 4 devices simutaenously through its two USB-C ports (90W and 18W) and two USB-A ports (12W total). Notably, the new Satechi desktop charger is even capable of charging Apple’s new 16 inch MacBook Pro which is officially rated at 96 watts, whilst Satechi’s latest power adapter only outputs 90 watts.
Furthermore, the 108 watt charger supports a voltage range between 100 to 240 volts. The adapter was designed to be used in work environments and also whilst on the move, providing a single charging solution for multiple electronic devices like smartphones and laptops.

According to official Satechi notes, extra care was placed on protection since it is built with heat resistant materials to prevent damages caused by overheating and is made to be durable.
