The launch of the Black Shark 3 series of smartphones is just around the corner. The device is a gaming handset and will launch on 3rd March 2020. However, prior to its launch, certain details regarding the smartphone has been officially revealed.
Earlier today (28th February 2020), it was officially revealed that the Black Shark 3 series will support physical gaming buttons. In other words, the smartphone will arrive with twin tactile buttons, which will provide zero latency and responsive feedback on inputs. The zero latency is crucial during fast pace multiplayer games where a split second decision matters. So, the support for gaming buttons on a gaming smartphone will be a well received inclusion.

The news regarding the gaming buttons’ support for the Black Shark 3 was officially shared online through a couple of image posters. As seen in the images, the gaming smartphone is equipped with two side buttons that aim to greatly improve gaming related controls on a smartphone. This will vastly improve the gameplay experience, especially with shooters in mind like PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds).
According to official notes, the mechanical keys, which is a first for the company, will use a 21mm keycap and has a keystroke of 1.5mm. These keys are also likely to be programmable and users will be able to customize them according to their preferences. From what we know so far, the Black Shark 3 will also support 65W fast charging on its 4,720mAh inbuilt battery pack.
