Last year, OnePlus announced the OnePlus 7T phone by the end of September and the OnePlus 7T Pro was made official in October. Hence, it appears that the arrival of the OnePlus 8T series could be drawing near. An exclusive report by Android Central has revealed the key specifications of the OnePlus 8T.

As previous reports have revealed, the publication has claimed that the OnePlus 8T is codenamed as Kebab. It is expected to arrive with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display. Unlike the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 8 that supported the 90Hz refresh rate, the OnePlus 8T is likely to come with a 120Hz refresh rate display.

The rear side of the OnePlus 8T may feature a quad-camera setup. It may include a 48-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. The OnePlus 8 also featured a 48-megapixel primary shooter, but the OnePlus 8T is expected to sport a new imaging sensor that will make it possible to capture better photos.

OnePlus 8T

Earlier this week, a render of the OnePlus 8T had surfaced online. The publication further claimed that there will not be any major change in the design of the OnePlus 8T as compared to the OnePlus 8. The smartphone may come with Snapdragon 865 Plus mobile platform, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of native storage.

The OnePlus 7T was the first smartphone to come preinstalled with the Android 10 OS. The upcoming OnePlus 8T will be loaded with the latest Android 11 OS coupled with the OxygenOS 11 UI.

The OnePlus 8T may launch by the end of September or in the first week of the coming month. The report has no information available on its pricing and there is no word on the specs of the OnePlus 8T Pro.
