OnePlus was one of the few companies part of Android 11 Beta program with two of its devices – OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. At the end of this initiative, the brand started releasing OxygenOS 11 Open Beta builds for these two smartphones. Now, finally, the firm has begun to roll out the stable release to its flagship duo of 2020.
OxygenOS 11, the latest version of OnePlus’ Android skin resembles Samsung’s One UI. In fact, the brand’s upcoming OnePlus 8T looks like a Galaxy smartphone rather than OnePlus.
Anyway, it is refreshing to see OnePlus revamping OxygenOS UI as the stock Android look had begun to stale over the years. That said, here are some of the notable new features in OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11, which is currently rolling out to OnePlus 8/8 Pro.
