A few days ago, HMD Global had launched its Nokia C1 Plus smartphone in the Chinese market and now the device is up for pre-orders. It is priced at 499 yuan, which roughly converts to $76, and will be available for purchase from 1st January in two color options — Blue and Red.

Being an entry-level offering from the company, the smartphone is targeted towards first-time users. The device comes with a 5.45-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by a quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.4GHz but the chipset model remains unknown. It packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with support for expandable storage.

In the camera department, there’s a 5MP camera sensor on the back and a 5 MP selfie snapper upfront. As for the software, being an entry-level smartphone, it runs the Android 10 Go Edition out-of-the-box.

Other features on the device include dual-SIM, 4G LTE, single-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GNSS (GPS, A-GPS), and FM Radio. The phone is powered by a 2,500mAh removable battery with support for 5W charging.
