Yesterday, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S21 series of smartphones in various markets across the globe. At the event, the company also confirmed the pricing of the Galaxy S21 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G, and Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Here is all information on the pricing and offers available for buyers of the Galaxy S21 series in India.
The Galaxy S21 5G is available in India in two choices like 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. They are priced at Rs 69,999 (~$958) and Rs 73,999 (~$1,013), respectively. Its color options are Phantom Violet, Phantom Black, and Phantom Silver.
The Galaxy S21+ 5G has landed in the country in two options such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. They are priced at Rs 81,999 (~Rs 1,113) and Rs 85,999 (~$1,177), respectively. Its color options are Phantom Violet, Phantom Black, and Phantom Silver.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G has arrived in India in two options such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. They are priced at Rs 105,999 (~$1,450) and Rs 116,999 (~$1,600), respectively. It comes in two colors such as Phantom Black and Phantom Silver.
Pre-order and cashback details
The pre-booking period for Galaxy S21 series will end on Jan. 28 in India. People who order an S21 series phone during this period will get a Galaxy SmartTag as a gift. Pre-ordered units will be shipped earlier starting from Jan. 25. The sales of the Galaxy S21 series will begin on Jan. 29. Customers can take advantage of no-cost EMI and stand EMI plans to purchase the desired handset.
Customers who pre-book the S21 shall be eligible for Rs 4,000 e-voucher benefits, which can be redeemed through the Samsung Shop app. Customers who pre-order S21+ shall be eligible to get Buds Live for Rs 990 (~$13.5) or e-voucher benefits of up to Rs 10,000 (~$136). People who pre-book S21 Ultra shall be eligible to get Galaxy Watch Active2 for Rs 990 or e-voucher benefits of up to Rs 10,000. The prebook offers end on Jan. 28.
Buyers of the Galaxy S21 models will get 4 months of free subscription of YouTube Premium. This offer expires on March 6. Customers who purchase S21 Ultra, S21+, and S21 can avail Rs 10,000 (~$136), Rs 7,000 (~$96), and Rs 5,000 (~$68) cashback, respectively through HDFC Bank cards. Samsung is offering Rs 3,000 (~$41), Rs 4,000 (~$55), and Rs 5,000 (~$68) additional bonus on the exchange of old phone for buyers of S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra, respectively. The HDFC Bank and Upgrade offers are available until Jan. 31. The 20K Advantage promotion by Samsung brings benefits worth Rs 20,000 (~$273) through the Samsung Shop app for S21 series buyers.
