iQOO, a sub-brand of Vivo that launches premium high-end smartphones, is gearing up to launch its new lineup — the iQOO 7 series in India. Ahead of making devices official, the company has been teasing some features of the phones.

The device uses copper tubes to transfer liquid from the chipset area, outwards towards the cooler area of the graphite plate. Further, the company reveals that the plate has a 6,000 sq. mm of surface to dissipate heat away towards the exterior.

The graphite plate is used in conjunction with a magnesium alloy core, conductivity gel, and vapor chamber. With this, the company claims that it can achieve up to 14-degree celsius operating temperatures and up to 4-degree celsius external surface temperature.

On the other hand, the iQOO 7 Legend uses a Vapor Chamber with a surface area of 4,096 sq. mm, combined with the internal “capillary structure + power pump” that can quickly transport and disperse heat.
