Last week, OnePlus re-released Android 12 Developer Preview builds for the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro after fixing them. Within a few days, the company is rolling out a new stable update for these handsets in the form of OxygenOS 11.2.7.7.

Despite releasing in the second week of June, the latest system update for the OnePlus 9 series does not bring the June 2021 security patches. Instead, it arrives with improvements, fixes, and a minor new feature.

According to the official changelog, the new OxygenOS stable update for the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro reduces power consumption in specific scenarios and improves shooting as well as recording experience. It also brings fixes for known issues and improved stability.

Last but not least, the update also adds a new toggle in the camera app to enable or disable HDR video recording on OnePlus 9 Pro. This feature was previously automated.

Just like any other OTA system update, this one is also being seeded out in batches worldwide with the following build numbers.
