HMD Global has brought the Nokia G20 to the U.S. following its launch in Europe back in April. The G20’s arrival comes almost a month after its more affordable sibling, the Nokia G10, was announced in the country.

Nokia G20

The Nokia G20 will be available for purchase in the U.S. starting next week for $199.99 unlocked. That price gets you the variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone also has a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen with a waterdrop notch that is home to an 8MP camera. There is a MediaTek Helio G35 processor under the hood and it draws juice from a 5050mAh battery. It is advertised as lasting for up to 3 days but that depends on your usage. While fast charging is common among budget phones, unfortunately, HMD Global ships the Nokia G20 with support for just 10W charging. If you are going to charge this device, we’ll recommend doing so overnight.

Users get four cameras on the back of the phone – a 48MP main sensor, a 5MP ultrawide angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a fingerprint scanner on the right side doubling as the power button while the left is home to a dedicated Google Assistant button. There is also an audio jack and a USB-C port at the top and bottom respectively.

The Nokia G20 has dual SIM support, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-band Wi-F. It ships with Android 11 out of the box and will get 2 years of Android software upgrades and three years of monthly security updates.

Interested buyers can grab the phone on the Nokia online shop starting June 28 for $199.99.
