Vivo is reportedly working on the Vivo X70 series of smartphones. It was reported in June through our exclusive report that the Vivo X70 series will launch in September in partnership with IPL 2021 cricket tournament. Now, 91mobiles has learned through anonymous Vivo official that the Vivo X70 lineup will include three devices such as Vivo X70, X70 Pro, and X70 Pro+, and these models will be announced in September. The source has also given out some information on the pricing of the X70 models.
Vivo X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ prices in India (expected)
The source did not reveal the pricing of the X70 but claimed that the X7 Pro will be priced around Rs 50,000 (~$672), whereas the X70 Pro+ will cost around Rs 70,000 (~$941). Hence, it is likely that X70 could be arriving with a sub-Rs 50,000 pricing.
Vivo X70 series specifications (Rumored)
The Vivo X70 models are expected to come equipped with a Samsung E4 AMOLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is likely to inherit the display that was made available on the X60 lineup.
The main camera of X70 may come with an f/1.5 aperture and 5-axis image stabilization. The micro-gimbal stabilization that was seen on the X60 series could be also available on the X70 lineup. The X70 lineup is also expected to feature Vivo’s self-developed image signal processor (ISP).
Earlier today, two Vivo phones model with model numbers V2130A and V2134A were spotted at the 3C certification platform. The listing reveals that these devices support 5G connectivity and they may arrive with support for 44W fast charging. It is speculated that the X70 Pro+ may carry support for 66W rapid charging.
