MediaTek is yet to announce the Dimensity 810 processor but there are already a few manufacturers lined up to launch new phones powered by the chipset. We already reported that a Realme phone likely to launch under its V-series line will have the chipset under its hood. A leak has now revealed that OPPO also has a phone in development.

According to the Chinese Weibo user that goes by Arsenal, OPPO has a Dimensity 810-powered phone scheduled for release soon. The Weibo post by the source says that the chipset is expected to have a similar performance to the Kirin 820.

The source goes on to mention that the unnamed OPPO phone will have an LCD panel with a high refresh rate and a large battery capacity too.

MediaTek does seem to have a couple of new chipsets planned for launch soon. Last month it was reported that a variant of the Dimensity 1100 called the Dimensity 1100U is coming soon. The source said the 6nm chipset is already being tested in a mid-range phone but the identity of the manufacturer is still unknown.

We expect these new processors and phones will arrive this month but before then, we should see more details surface.
