Finnish tech giant HMD Global has launched its budget smartphone – the Nokia C20 Plus in India. The Indian launch comes barely two months after the smartphone was launched in China.
The Nokia C20 Plus is an updated version of the entry-level Nokia C20 that was announced in April in global markets. As expected, the smartphone features a polycarbonate body and sports a 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The Nokia C20 Plus runs on Android 11 Go Edition and HMD says it will get up to two years of security updates.
For optics, the C20 Plus features a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of an 8MP main shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. There is equally a 5MP selfie camera at the front. Under the hood, there is a decent 4950mAh built-in battery. Other features onboard the phone includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and a micro USB port.
Talking of the pricing and availability, the Nokia C20 Plus starts at Rs. 8999 (~$121) for the 2GB RAM with 32GB storage version and the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version costs Rs. 9999 (~$135).
