This week Samsung officially launched the Galaxy A12 Nacho smartphone in Russia with specs like Exynos 850 and quad cameras. Today, Samsung India has officially brought the same device to the Indian market with the moniker –  Samsung Galaxy A12.

Samsung Galaxy A12 Specifications

The new Samsung Galaxy A12 succeeds the older Galaxy A12 and the major difference comes in the specifications. The new Galaxy A12 is powered by the Exynos 850 SoC instead of the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC(seen in the predecessor). It is paired with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot for expansion of the storage up to 1 TB.

It packs a 6.5-inch PLS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and standard 60Hz refresh rate. Unfortunately, the phone’s display is still HD+, the same as the predecessor.  It has a square camera module comprising four sensors. The camera module is led by a 48MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, and lastly two 2MP sensors for the depth and macro shots. It has an 8MP front camera for selfies.
