According to known tipster @数码闲聊站 (aka DigitalChatStation), the latest tablet from the Chinese tech giant is also capable of running the Pocket PC app from the Mi MIX Fold smartphone. For those unaware, the pocket PC feature allowed users to turn their foldable handset into a portable PC. The feature offered users a new UI that resembled a PC, with a start menu, taskbar, and control center as well.

Two notable features included a ‘Parallel Window’ and ‘Free Window Fingertip Dragging’ along with ‘Pocket PC’ allowed users to use multiple apps in windows form and drag and drop content from one window to another, which is similar to what a computer offers. Now, this has reportedly been transferred to the Mi Pad 5 as well. The tipster even added screenshots on his Weibo post, a Chinese microblogging website, to showcase the app on the tablet.
