Earlier this month, iQOO unveiled the iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro flagship phones in China. Before the launch event, an iQOO phone with model number I2019 was spotted at the IMEI database. At that time, it was speculated that it could be an Indian variant of the iQOO 8. Now, an Indian tipster has claimed that the company will be launching the iQOO 8 as early as next month in India.

According to the tipster, the iQOO 8 will be debuting in India in September. He expects the phone to go official by the middle of the month. The tweet does not clearly mention whether the iQOO 8 Pro will also break alongside the iQOO 8.
