iQOO Z5 will be announced this week on Thursday (Sept. 23) in China. It will be replacing the iQOO Z3 5G that debuted a few months back in countries like China and India. Today, the company took to its Weibo handle to confirm that it will be sporting a 64-megapixel triple camera unit. It also shared the camera samples of the device to reveal its photography capabilities.

There is no information available on the auxiliary cameras of the iQOO Z5. It remains to be seen whether it will inherit the 64-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit, which was made available on the iQOO Z3 5G.

The iQOO Z5’s camera samples suggest that it will be good at capturing shots in any lighting conditions. It remains to be seen whether the smartphone manages to deliver a similar camera experience when it reaches the hands of buyers.
