Last October, Xiaomi launched the Mi Power Bank 3 Pocket Edition in China. The same product is known as Mi Pocket Power Bank Pro in India. A year later, the company has announced yet another compact battery pack called Xiaomi Power Bank Pocket Edition Pro.
Xiaomi Power Bank Pocket Edition Pro Specifications and Features
The Xiaomi Power Bank Pocket Edition Pro (PB1030ZM) can be considered as the successor of Mi Powe Bank 3 Pocket Edition (PB1022ZM). The new model has a curvy design, a glossy finish, and it is sold in two colors (White, Blue).
Although it has the same 10,000mAh capacity as its forerunner, it arrives with 33W fast charging support instead of 22.5W. Also, it comes with only two ports (1 x USB Type-C, 1 x USB Type-A) rather than four (2 x USB Type-A, 1 x USB Type-C, 1 x MicroUSB).
Despite losing two sports and housing the same-sized battery, the new power bank from Xiaomi is slightly larger and heavier at 105 x 55.8 x 25.5mm and 212g respectively.
Further, the battery pack’s casing is made of PC + ABS material. It supports 22.5W input and can be used to charge different types of devices as it is USB PD (Power Delivery) compatible.
Last but not least, it ships with a USB Typ-C to USB Type-C/Type-A 2-in-1 cable.
Xiaomi Power Bank Pocket Edition Pro Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Power Bank Pocket Edition Pro is priced at 199 in China. It is currently available for pre-order and will go on sale from October 14.
The product may release in international markets under a different name.
