The manufacturer has released a special version of the Chatter Telephone to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the toy. The Chatter Telephone with Bluetooth looks no different from the toy but it now has Bluetooth, allowing owners to connect it to their smartphones to make and receive calls. Yes, you will be able to dial your friends’ numbers using the rotary dial. It also has a speakerphone function which can be activated with the red button below the dialer.

The spec sheet says that there is a 500mAh battery inside that will provide up to 9 hours of talk time. Behind the toy is a charging port but we are not sure if it is MicroUSB or USB-C. The Bluetooth range is 15 feet and the toy telephone is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

The Chatter Telephone with Bluetooth will be sold in the U.S. by Best Buy for $60. However, it is not yet available for purchase, but when it does, it is expected to fly off the shelves as both adults who have been gripped by nostalgia as well as kids will want to get one.
