Samsung is apparently gearing up to launch a number of smartphones in India. A new certification listing has revealed that the new models will be from the company’s mid range of Galaxy A and M series of devices.

The news was shared by @i_hsay on Twitter who shared a BIS certification list of all the smartphones’ model numbers. Looking at this list, we can we model numbers of the Galaxy A13 (SM-A135F/DS), Galaxy A53 5G (SM-A536E/DS), Galaxy A33 5G (SM-A336E/DS), and even Galaxy M33 5G (SM-M336BU/DS) as well. Furthermore, another Twitter user revealed that the South Korean tech giant has also started the firmware development of the Galaxy M33 5G.

In other words, the Indian launch of the above mentioned devices is near, especially considering that they have received BIS certification. Unfortunately, the BIS listing doesn’t reveal any launch details regarding the upcoming smartphones. But previously, we had covered a report that claimed that the Samsung Galaxy A33 and Galaxy A13 will launch in India sometime in February 2022. Meanwhile, it is believed that the Galaxy A53 will also launch in the first quarter of this year as well.
