Xiaomi India has just unveiled a one-stop solution for all the service requirements of its customers. According to Xiaomi, with the new Xiaomi Service+ app, customers will be able to get assistance over chat, check price quotes of different spare parts, and book repairs for all of their Xiaomi devices.

As mentioned above, Xiaomi customers will be able to get assistance with their Xiaomi brand gadgets on this app. The customers can book repairs, check spare part prices, absolve any queries over chat, and also book installation appointments and demos for their device through the app.

To get started with the Xiaomi Service+ app, users need to sign in with a MI account onto the app. Once signed in, users can add their devices under the ‘My devices’ tab by scanning or entering their IMEI or serial number. This will result in the device being added to your list along with its purchase date. Users can also access the ‘My Requests’ tab to access support tickets for repair and installation. These are displayed under the ‘Active’ and ‘Completed’ sections and show the date that the request was made and the token number.

The app even allows you to locate nearby service centers by granting it your location permission or entering in a Pincode (postal code). Coming to spare parts price quotations, currently, the Xiaomi Service+ app offers four categories for spare parts prices including Mobile phones, TVs, Laptops, and Ecosystem products (only includes Mi Robot vacuum and Mi Water Purifier as of yet).

The Xiaomi Service+ app is available to download via Google Play and Xiaomi’s GetApps. The app can be installed on any Android smartphone and only requires you to sign in with your MI account to access all its services.
