REDMAGIC 7 Pro is likely to launch alongside the vanilla REDMAGIC 7. The reason behind it is that the alleged Pro model has been spotted at the 3C certification site (via). These models are expected to replace the REDMAGIC 6 and REDMAGIC 6 Pro from last year.

A new Nubia smartphone with NX709J model number has been approved by the 3C certification site. It has been found through the 3C listing that the 5G-enabled handset may ship with a 165W charger. Even the REDMAGIC 7 has been spotted with a 165W charger in the recent past.

The NX709 REDMAGIC 7 Pro model is likely to be certified by the TENAA authority soon through which its specifications will be revealed. The REDMAGIC 6 and REDMAGIC 6 Pro that debuted last year was packed with identical specs. The former supports 66W fast charging, whereas the Pro variant supports 120W rapid charging.

REDMAGIC 7 specifications (rumoured)

The TENAA certification of the REDMAGIC 7 revealed that it has a 6.8-inch OLED FHD+ display integrated with a fingerprint scanner. It may support up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The device may ship with Android 12 OS and Red Magic UI. There is no information on the selfie camera of the device, whereas its rear-facing triple camera unit has a 64-megapixel main snapper.

The REDMAGIC 7 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, up to 16 GB of RAM. It may come with up to 512 GB of built-in storage and a battery of around 4,500mAh capacity. It is likely to sport a full-screen bezel-less and transparent design. It is speculated that there could be a REDMAGIC 7 series variant featuring an under-display camera.
