Huawei has officially launched the all-new Huawei P50E smartphone in the Chinese market. The device comes with Snapdragon 778G SoC and has the P50-standard design standard.

The Huawei P50E is priced at 4,088 yuan for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant and 4,488 yuan for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.

The device comes in Obsidian Black, Cocoa Gold, Snow White, and Galaxy Blue colors variants. It will go on its first sale on March 24 in the region.

The Huawei P50E features a 6.5-inch punch-hole display with an FHD+(2700 x 1224 pixels) resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The OLED screen has a P3 wide color gamut, 1.07 billion colors, and a pixel density of 458 PPI.

The smartphone sports a 50MP primary lens at the rear with an f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and lastly a 12MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. The rear camera can shoot 720p slow-motion at up to 960fps. On the front, it has a 12MP lens with an f/2.4 aperture.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 4G processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB of internal storage. The device has a microSD card slot with up to 256GB of storage expandability. It packs a 4,100mAh typical battery with 66W fast charging support. The phone has IP68 water and dust resistant rating. It comes with Bluetooth v5.2, 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, and NFC support. It comes with HarmonyOS 2.
