OnePlus is gearing up to launch the brand’s first tablet in the market, joining its sister companies OPPO, Realme, and Vivo, which have recently launched their first tablets in the select markets.
The device, which is likely to be named OnePlus Pad, has reportedly entered the mass production phase in several European and Eurasian countries. This means that the device is ready to soon get launched in the market.
The report about the device being in mass production comes from @stufflistings. It is pretty much in line with the previous report which indicated that the device could go official in the first half of this year.
Given that the OnePlus Pad is already being mass-produced, it is likely to get launched before the end of June. However, as of now, there’s no information available about the exact date of launch for the tablet.
Apart from the OnePlus Pad, the company already has some other devices up its sleeves, including the first Nord-branded smartwatch which is expected to get launched along with the OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone.
In the overseas market, the Chinese company is expected to launch five new products this year, including the OnePlus 10 Pro, Nord CE 2 Lite, Nord 2T, 10R, and 10 Ultra smartphones. It could also launch a foldable smartphone by the end of this year as many major smartphone brands already have a foldable phone in their portfolio of devices.
