Earlier this week, Samsung announced the Galaxy A53 5G in the Indian market with a 120Hz display and 64MP OIS cameras. Starting today, the smartphone has gone on sale in the country.
The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G is priced at Rs. 34,499(~$453) for the base variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage. The device costs Rs. 35,999(~$473) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It is available in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Blue, Awesome Peach colors.
Those with ICICI bank cards can get Rs. 3,000 instant discount. The phone can be booked from online as well as offline stores in the country. The device will start shipping from March 27 in the country.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G sports a 6.5-inch Infinity-O display with an FHD+ resolution. It is a SuperAMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 800 nits of brightness, and Eye Comfort Shield support.
It is powered by the 5nm Exynos 1280 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also has additional 8GB of virtual RAM support with the RAM Plus feature.
The device houses a 5,000mAh and supports 25W fast charging support. It is worth noting that the phone doesn’t come with a fast-charging adapter inside the box. It has IP67 water and dust resistant rating and features a Dolby-tuned speaker system. It boots on the latest Android 12 OS and has One UI 4 on top.
