Samsung Galaxy M62 has reportedly started receiving the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 updates after its debut with One UI 3.1 last year. The updates will sequentially roll across different regions until it covers everywhere. The following countries will kick start the updates: Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, and Brazil.
The Samsung Galaxy M62 came with the Android 11 operating system from the box and the new One UI 4.1 update comes with an enhanced design as well as several other features. The updates bundles bug fixes, performance improvements, and device stability for the Samsung Galaxy M62. The One UI 4.1 offers a revamped design with a color palette and an improved general outlook.
The new update also comes with the Android security patch for March 2022. The new firmware version is M625FXXU2BVC3 and will automatically prompt for it in the specified countries. However, users of the Galaxy M62 can manually check for the update by accessing their smartphone’s settings menu. Once they open the settings and proceed to the Software update option, the firmware can be downloaded. Other countries will follow subsequently for the Galaxy M62 One UI 4.1 update although that detail is yet to be specified.
