Vivo is gearing up to launch its new S15 series smartphones in the market China. As the name indicates, the devices are said to be the successor to the Vivo S12 series smartphones launched in December last year.
Now, ahead of the official launch of the Vivo S15 series smartphones in the Chinese market, the devices have passed through the 3C certification process, revealing some key detail of the upcoming smartphones.
From the certification process, it has been revealed that the smartphone with model V2199A, which is the Vivo S15, is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and comes with support for 80W of fast charging.
On the other hand, the Vivo S15 Pro will come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor. It is said to have a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor and come with 80W fast charging support.
Recently, it was leaked that the Vivo S15 Pro will feature an OLED display with support for a high refresh rate and the screen will have curved edges. There will also be a third model in the lineup, dubbed Vivo S15 SE.
The Vivo S15 SE is expected to have a 6.44-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with support for the in-display fingerprint sensor. It will be powered by a 2.8GHz octa-core processor with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It will have a 50MP triple rear camera and a 16MP front-facing snapper. The phone will pack a 4,605mAh battery and have support for 66W fast charging.
