OnePlus has scheduled a launch event in India on the 28th of April where the company is expected to unveil a few new products in the market. Days before the official launch event, the company has confirmed that the OnePlus 10R will be unveiled at the event.

Apart from confirming the launch of the smartphone, which will be a successor to last year’s OnePlus 9R, the Chinese company has also confirmed that the device will have support for 150W SUPERVOOC and 80W SUPERVOOC Fast Charging technology.

Based on the previous leaks, the OnePlus 10R smartphone will come with a 6.7-inch E4 AMOLED display with a Full HD+ screen resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a punch-hole cutout in the top-center of the screen for the front camera.

Under the hood, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It will come in two memory variants — 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage.

There will be a triple-camera setup on the back panel which will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front side, the smartphone will have a 16-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5K3P9SP lens for taking selfies and video calling.

The OnePlus 10R is expected to be running the Android 12 operating system with the company’s own OxygenOS on top. It will come powered by a 4,500mAh battery and will have two charging capacities to choose from — 150W fast charging and 80W fast charging.
