The Xiaomi Civi 1S has been confirmed to have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The Xiaomi Civi 1S will be released tomorrow as the second smartphone under the Civi series.
The Xiaomi Civi is the first model in the Civi series and was unveiled in China back in September last year. The Civi series is the successor to the Xiaomi CC lineup.
The Snapdragon 778G+ 5G Mobile Platform packs power at every turn. It harnesses pumped-up performance, enhanced AI, and 5G connectivity. According to Qualcomm, it is designed for superior communication, gaming, audio, and several other applications. It has lower processing times than its predecessor, including the boosted Qualcomm Kryo 670 CPU and Qualcomm Adreno 642L GPU. The 6tg-gen SoC provides for real-time, seamless interactions that won’t drain power or inhibit device performance. The Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ Technology re-juices the device at great speeds.
The Snapdragon 778G+ chip is among a list of improved features from the previous model. Xiaomi also said that the Civi 1S will be smoother, more durable, and have longer battery life.
There are several other features of the Xiaomi Civi that are still not known. However, the grey areas will be illuminated with the April 21 launch of the Civi 1S in China. Global availability details could be disclosed at the launch.
