Following the unveiling of the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 in China last month, we expect the global launch any time soon. The latest Xiaomi fitness tracker has howbeit been accidentally dispatched by an unnamed reseller. A certification listing of the Smart Band 7 in Singapore also points to an imminent global release of the device.Xiaomi Mi Band 7

It is reported that units of the Mi Band 7 which would hit the global market as Xiaomi Smart Band 7 have been available in Poland for a few weeks now. These units lack any Chinese text on their boxes and the naming style indicating that they could be the global version of the device. An AliExpress global reseller has also been noted to have shipped the device. There are also speculations that there had been a mixup of delivery choices as some customers requesting the Chinese version had gotten a global model instead. It is however noted that the global version only differs from the Chinese version because it accommodates multiple languages.Xiaomi Smart Band 7

The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 offers some notable improvements from its predecessor. Two options based on the presence/absence of NFC support are available. Significantly though, the Smart Band 7 does not come with GPS. There are up to 120 sports modes available in the Smart Band 7. It also offers an extended battery life and comfortable use overall. It also has app support via the Zepp Life app. No official date has been put out yet for the global launch of the Band 7.
