Last week, Amazfit announced that the Amazfit BIP 3 series will soon launch in India. The series consists of the BIP 3 and the BIP 3 Pro smartwatch which are already available in the global market.
Now, the company has officially launched the BIP 3 smartwatch in the country. So, let’s take a look at its specs, features, and pricing.
Amazfit BIP 3 specs & features
The smartwatch comes with a rectangular dial featuring a 1.69-inch TFT color display with 240×280 pixels resolution. It is covered with 2.5D tempered glass. The smartwatch offers the smart notifications functionality including notifications for calls, messages, emails, weather, and other apps.
Its health-related features include a blood-oxygen saturation measurement feature that can provide a result in as fast as 25 seconds. Other than that, the smartwatch offers heart rate, sleep, menstrual cycle, and stress monitoring. It also comes packed with 60 sports modes such as walking, running, cycling, strength training, yoga, free training, and more. Additionally, the smartwatch also has the PAI Health Assessment System onboard.
The Amazfit BIP 3 uses a smartphone’s mobile network for GPS services and has a 280mAh battery which is claimed to last up to 14 days on a single charge with typical activity. It measures 44.12×36.49×9.65mm and weighs 33grams.
Pricing and availability
The Amazfit BIP 3 is priced at Rs. 3,499 ($45), however, the brand is offering it at an introductory price of Rs. 2,999 ($38). It is available in black, pink, and blue colors and can be purchased from Amazon India and Amazfit.com starting June 27th.
