Asus is gearing up to launch its upcoming ROG Phone 6 series globally. The device has been confirmed to debut on July 5 and the brand has also teased a couple of its features.
Now, ROG Global has tweeted out a new teaser of the smartphone which claims that the upcoming ROG Phone 6 series will be the “world’s 1st IPX4 gaming phone.”

For those unaware, the IPX4 rating means that the smartphone is resistant to water splashes from any direction.
ASUS ROG Phone 6 specifications (rumored)
So far, the device has made appearances on TENAA and Geekbench revealing most of its specifications. It is expected to come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. The AMOLED panel will also offer 165Hz refresh rate and house a fingerprint scanner for security.
Under the hood, the device will feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is expected to come with a massive 6000mAh battery and support 65W fast charging.
For optics, the device is said to feature a 64-megapixel triple rear camera and a 12-megapixel front camera. Additionally, the device is also expected to come with a secondary display on the back. More details about the smartphone are expected to be revealed as we get closer to the July 5 launch date, so stay tuned.
