Motorola will be announcing the Moto X30 Pro today along with other devices, such as the Moto S30 Pro and the Moto Razr 2022. Several reports have claimed that the X30 Pro will be rebranded as the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra in the global market. Today, tipster Roland Quandt shared the leaked official renders of the to give a look at its design.
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra renders
The leaked official renders of the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra showcase its black and white color variants. On the front, it has a punch-hole display with curved edges and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. One of the images suggests that there could be an Edge 30 Ultra with an under-display camera. The back panel of the device houses an OIS-enabled 200-megapixel triple camera unit.
The left edge of the device is barren, whereas a volume rocker and a power button can be seen on the right edge. Its bottom edge has a SIM slot, a USB-C port, a microphone, and a speaker grille.
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra specifications (rumored)
Reports have claimed that the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra will sport a 6.8-inch P-OLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery with 125W fast charging support. It is also expected to carry support for 50W wireless charging.
The Edge 30 Ultra will feature a 60-megapixel front camera, and a 200-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera setup. The device will offer 256 of UFS 3.1 storage. It will come preloaded with the Android 12 OS and MyUI 4.0.
The Edge 30 Ultra is speculated to cost 899 euros in Europe. It is likely to launch later this month in the global market.
