Vivo unveiled the Vivo Y77e mid-range phone in China last week. Now, an identical looking phone named the Vivo Y77e (t1 version) has been listed on Vivo China’s website. Both phones also resemble each other in the specifications department. However, the only noticeable difference between the two phones is that the Y77e (t1 version) can be seen sporting a better primary camera. The Vivo Y77e comes in as many as three configurations, but its t1 version is available in a single configuration only.
Vivo Y77e (t1 version) specifications and features
The Vivo Y77e (t1 version) has 164 x 75.84 x 8.25mm dimensions and weighs around 194 grams. The device features a 6.58-inch waterdrop notch display. The IPS LCD screen offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels, a 60Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, a 20.07:9 aspect ratio, and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. The power button, available on the right side of the phone, comes integrated with a fingerprint scanner.
On the front, the Y77e (t1 version) features an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. The camera module available on its back is headlined by a 50-megapixel camera. It is coupled with a 2-megapixel macro camera. In comparison, the regular Y77e features a 13-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (depth) dual-camera system.
The Dimensity 810 chipset along with 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, powers the Y77e (t1 version). It comes with 256 GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage and a dedicated microSD card slot for more storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging over USB-C. It offers connectivity features such as dual-SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device runs on Android 12 OS with OriginOS on top.
Vivo Y77e (t1 version) price and availability
The Vivo Y77e (t1 version) is priced at 1,799 Yuan (~$256). It comes in colors like Crystal Black, Crystal Powder (Pink), and Summer Listening to the Sea (blue). In comparison, the Y77e comes in three variants, such as 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. Among these, only the 8GB+128GB model is available for purchase with a price tag of 1,699 Yuan (~$250).
